Flight Adventure Park Springfield

Our family visited this location yesterday. I have a five and a six year old. They really enjoyed this establishment! We were there for one hour, and they seem to really have a lot of fun.lots of different spaces and areas to check out. Overall, everything was very clean and tidy- even the bathrooms! Staff was kind and courteous. We will definitely be back. PS. We went during the day while school was in session hence why it’s LESS crowded than usual.

Flight Adventure Park Springfield is a Blast! Took our kiddo to a party of a classmate. From the start you sign away your life with waivers before you get in. No problem, iPads in the lobby gets this process done in no time. Let the fun began! Kids take off running, jumping and having fun from start to finish. There is a ton of space and plenty of seating for parents who want to blend in with the woodwork while their kids jump. Kids were taken to a private room where cake, drink and pizza was consumed while waiting for the birthday party to end. The party area can get alittle hectic, but there was plenty of staff around to handle any/all questions. Wristbands keep the kids and observers say, and the entire place is first rate. If you’re looking for a great kid party location, check out Flight Adventure Park Springfield, you will not be disappointed.

Went in today and everything was amazing! Haven’t been here since they renovated and I gotta say it’s awesome! My kids loved it! The staff was awesome since I walked in. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Staff was great! I want to thank everybody there today! Most of all, The manager Gabby was beyond amazing! Kind and generous! Her energy was 100! If you see this gabby, we appreciate you! You made our day even better!

I had my son’s birthday party at Flight (Springfield) on a busy Saturday afternoon (November 25th). We couldn’t even tell how busy they were because each employee was so attentive. Our party host Kaleb was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of and the party flowed with ease. The Manager Fantasia and Janelle were excellent at explaining each option there was for party rooms, party favors, foods and add-ons! Each time I called with a question about the party after it was already explained they showed me kindness and patience. I am beyond pleased with their level of professionalism and the cleanliness of the facility! My son and his friends(& family) had an amazing time. I would highly recommend having a birthday party there or just visiting because your children will be truly entertained! Thanks again for a wonderful time, we will most certainly be returning for more fun!

Although our son likes the venue and it’s clean and offers great entertainment for wide age ranges this bad review is related to a recent birthday part we hosted with this location. They advertise their packages as stress free experience for parents because the staff will take care of everything, however, it was anything but that. It started with the checking process which was very chaotic and they had the wrong start time for our party although we paid for extra jump time. We also paid extra to reserve a specific room since we are a large party but it was not done and I had to correct during check in. They also had a mistake with my sons name which was never corrected, although, I called multiple times prior to the party to confirm the details. We ordered party favors through the venue but they provided insufficient amount and 2 of our guests had to leave without them as apparently they didn’t have enough onsite. They also ran out of golden tickets which was part of the gift for the guest of honor at the end of the party. The last straw was that at the end of the party some of our guests couldn’t find their shoes as there was some confusion with the shoe bin they used. It took multiple attempts to draw someone’s attention to the matter. Because of the chaos with the shoes the party ended somewhat abruptly and the host was standing at the door in the midst of us taking goodbye with our guest asking us to pay which was very uncomfortable. There should be another way to arrange for the payment and wait till everyone leaves. In the week prior to the party I communicated with the venue over the phone to finalize details and place food orders but it seems the personnel doesn’t communicate among each other or lacks training as it took multiple checks on my side before and during the party to make things were ordered as planned and things were still not done right. Overall, this was a very stressful experience for us as the hosting parents and we feel we paid a high price for service that was completely lacking. We hope that the kids attending had fun and did not notice any of that.

I booked my daughters 11th birthday party there. My daughter and her friends had a blast. The facility post renovation is “out of this world”, no pun intended. The facility was clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. Our party his Bella was so helpful and always asked if we needed anything. This was my first time having a birthday party at a facility and would gladly have it with them Again. I highly recommend! FYI, the new attractions are fire!
